They communicated every step of the way and gave me a very competitive price. I checked with 2 other companies and selected A and R because I like to do business with local Ave companies.  They arrived on time and completed installing two racks in less time than they quoted. I am retired and have arthritis and can not lift heavy boxes and they even helped me move my boxes from my old floor level shelves to the new hanging roof racks.
